Banned for sleeping.

I was leveling my homunculus in orc dun 2 and I fell asleep and while I was asleep I guess a gm gave me a test and i failed to react as a human thus making them think I was botting and they wiped my account. I need help I had a MVP card and years worth of gears I didn't bot no third party programs were used I was just asleep and lost everything . I had no 3rd party program feeding my pet or anything at all.  I dont understand why this happen or what to do I sent a ticket but im scared its not enough or they wont trust me on this.   I dont know how to bot im only 19 playing since I was about 6 with my brothers I love this game and just want my items and gears back. I didn't do anything wrong please help me.

What do you mean by "wiped?" Characters deleted or was the account banned?

Either way, you'll need to send a ticket. You shouldn't be scared as long as you did nothing wrong.

If it was due to a GM suspecting illegal activity, then I don't believe you'd be able to login. (EDIT: I was mistaken)

Have you ever shared your account information with anyone else?
Either way I'm sure staff will be able to check login activity so best of luck with the ticket process.

Have you had any previous offences? Never heard of a GM "wiping" an account. Sounds more like someone hacked your account.

No. GMs barely ban player. GM will wipe their items and zeny first. Oda said it so many times.

First offense, the character is wiped clean and is permitted to play again; second offense results in a permanent ban.

They won't ban you for sleeping.

I am not going to sit here and accuse you, but I do know the GMs have detection tools.
They can see when you feed the homunculus, so more than likely, you were banned for auto feeding.

Oh I see, I thought there was at least a temporary "You cannot login" ban on a first offence.

Ill wait for the other side to comment. Too manytimes have i seen one post sway the masses just for the other side to completely demolish the Opening Post. So ill with hold any statements until i see the matter get answered by a CM or GM

You have to admit you did something wrong and agree to the wipe. It doesn't just happen.

Hmm I think you still need to feed your homonculus* while you grind it to level.

It would not be ideal to make a post regarding a ban; only because it would lead to people questioning more about the situation, it would give the illusion there is more to the story than what is being shared. As well as leading to aspersions being casted. Not to mention there isn't a thing that can be done via a forum topic post.

The punishment is on a case by case basis. If it's light or the first time RMT offense, they will remove what you RMT'd
You have to be honest though, because for the most part, they have extensive logs.
 

afaik,

RMT = temp lock, release <24 hour with 0 gear/zeny (no need ticket send, unless u want u gears back)

        = 2nd encounter perma ban

3rd PT/boting/autofeed =  temp lock, release when submit ticket, released with 0gear/zeny

        = 2nd encounter perma ban

ill mannered = temp ban, release with expected date no gear wiping involve

                    = 2nd encounter ?? never familiar with these  hahahaha

hacking/cheating (heavy 3rd pt involve) = perma ban

I wasnt autofeeding my pet was starving 

They clearly dont have detection tools because I was just afk with no autofeeding or looting bot crap at all I didnt do anything wrong and they banned me said they gave me a test and I didnt respond so they banned me I WAS ASLEEP ofcourse I did not reply... this isnt fair.

no me and my older brother farmed it together. They said they bann me for 3rd party programs but I dont have any.. they think I was botted when I was afk lvling my homu.

I did not do anything wrong . they need to review what happend I fell asleep with my pet out in orc dun 2 my pet was starving my guy wasnt moving or picking up items nothing  no third party programs are on my computer I am not even sure how to use those. I did nothing wrong .
