Banned for sleeping.

It would not be ideal to make a post regarding a ban; only because it would lead to people questioning more about the situation, it would give the illusion there is more to the story than what is being shared. As well as leading to aspersions being casted. Not to mention there isn't a thing that can be done via a forum topic post.

hi, the same problem happened to my boyfriend too!!!! help!!!!!!

he was banned last saturday. lately for a month he was always actively levelling his homunculus at od2 - same spot everyday, for 24 hours. i can swear on my cat's life that he didn't used any thirdparty program or whatsoever. we play this game using our MacBooks....

last saturday he was downstairs washing his dishes and when he got back - he was kicked out from the game - so it was directly to the login screen. no notification whatsoever, and when he tried to logged in it said that the account is banned until 2067. from what i've heard from my friends, 2020 is temporary and 2067 is permanent? why?????       he sent a ticket but still waiting for the cs to reply. 

he's still in great shock now - mentally damaged 

I really hope that the GM's can solve this problem quick. I'm in shock that theres other people that are facing the same problem.. 

it was probably some new gm that doesn't understand homunculus move and act on their own given that another gm tried to ban a merc it isn't a surprise lol

define hacking, with normal hack,
u cant remove eden gear or any acc bound item, if 0 zeny/gear involved

i assume its a GM work,

anyway arguing here lead to nowhere , slow talk to GM in ticket, may the luck be with you.

Raitonagata is right, arguing here wont solve anything, best you can do is pming Cinnamon and Oda/Campitor so they could look personally to your problem

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your game account.
Please understand the GM team are NOT going to ban you for sleeping, sleeping is not an offense!
 
Account issues such as lost items, restoration and suspensions should go through the proper channel which is Warpportal support system and not through forums.
Whatever happens between a user and a GM should stay private, as many incidents are handled case by case. I can't comment on that ticket handling but you can respond on the same ticket and inquire further, if that wasn't helping respond again and request the GM to forward the ticket to a supervisor. Yet, that wasn't satisfying your last resort would be to send Warnhal a PM on forums.
