Well i guess a active PvE guild would be good and i is lvl 38 O.o.

If you can speak proper english, or just make it able for us to understand you, you can try Royals, we are an active PvE Guild, and our level range is 50~56, but some members are by your level range, so maybe you can find ppl to grind with.

You could give Phoenix a shot we're PvE as well. We are Level 3 almost 4. Level range is 35-62. Friendly people. We have our own site, and much much more. Pm me in game if you like. IGN: Valsu
