Can't buy WPE - Why ?

So, I cant buy WPE tried for almost 3 days now.
I tried ALL POSSIBLE WAYS. PayPal, directly paying with my credit card, and using the Xsolla method.
None of them worked. Sadly.

I got a support account, already made 3(!!!) tickets that all of them were answered with "we will handle it, it will take time".

Now, I buy online ALOT. Ebay and alot of games etc etc
So my Credit card is valid, and everything is working perfectly EVERYWHERE except here. How come? It never even takes 5 minutes for me to purchase anything online.

I'm new here in Rose but these kind of things will make a player quit.

And no - they are not helping with tickets and support since I've tried it alot the past 3 days.

If anyone could enlighten me, it would be awesome.

 The best thing to do is to make a ticket.  Here is the link to the support page. If you have a print screen of the error message you are receiving, you can attach that to the ticket too.
