I have searched the net and forums but i can't seem to find a Skill and Stat for Pvp/1v1 knights.
Anyone got a tip cuz i just got back to the game after long hiatus. Thankyou!

While I am by no means a knight player, I do at least know enough about formulas to give you general advice that will get you where you need to be 9 out of 10 times. Knights mostly build themselves, it's popular and nearly impossible to get wrong.

I am going to make the assumption that you're at least ML30, because anything less is less than ideal for duels. If not, just grind using a PVE build and buy skill resets when you get to ML 35-40 or so.

Stats:
Build won't matter too much, most of the stats will come from your gears and how willing you are to hone them. It's probably better to go for Vit if you intend to include that in your build at any point however, because their runes are only available in +5 to +10 varieties whereas Int/Agi come in +50/+80 so you'll get more total stats if you spread it that way. That said, your best primary stats are Int (Battle Tactics), Vit (More HP to survive longer), and Agi (Dodge is amazing in PVP, Crit is not the reason to get Agi but is a nice little bonus). For secondary stats, you're looking at getting PVP Attack, PVP Defense, Vigor, and Dodge. Basically any of these would help, but you can lean towards more specific ones based on your playstyle.

Aggressor: PVP Attack, Int, Vigor
Defensive: PVP Defense, Agi, Vit, Dodge

Skills:
I won't build the entire tree for you, but off the top of my head, you'll want
- Battle Tactics - makes all your crits ridiculous. Note, it's highly likely to be changed, so if you're risk adverse I wouldn't put all my eggs in one basket.
- Aura Armor - Damage Reduction and HP are great to have. Aura Sword is trash when you already have Battle Tactics.
- the 2 stuns - Shield Bash and Charge - with enough vigor you could technically achieve perma-stun in PVP, if that's what you're into. Regardless, stuns are obviously great for PVP
- Shield Boomerang - Range attack, slows enemies, insane in multiplayer PVP
- Ymir Child - Speed boost, damage boost, full heal, what more can you ask for. With enough vigor you can have it permanently on.
- Shield Cannon - Your finisher, high damage, not much to say.
- Aura Shield + Shield Fortress - I mean there's really not much to invest in. Gives you more damage reduction, saves you from death if you can predict when your opponent plans to burst you down.
