A great example of why the no god/no mvp 5v5 on classic isn't going to happen.

Kind of a shame too, it would have been a great testing ground for disabling unfrozen ghost sets

I'm not against the proposal, if you spent a few seconds to read my posts - I pointed out that there's a LOT of work that needs to be done to make this a reality. And even then, would it be worth the returns via other things that could be done with that time - such as fixing the install, boosting the player base or catering to the other type of populations? We're still waiting on that bg!

There was an opportunity for a no god/no mvp event to happen and it could happen every week right now. There's arenas for it and whilst it isn't WoE, it would allow for gvgs... which would be great because it can be done NOW.

You don't like  that idea? You'd rather wait indefinitely for some WoE that will take forever to put in, possibly have massive issues and pushed back further and further whilst the community decides what rules they even want?

Frankly if I were you guys I'd be making events / use of the arenas. I play now, not next year. Don't keep waiting for things that may never happen.

I'll be real with all of you. After spending some time on renewal this is what I have learned about classic's community. You guys treat eachother horribly and your all apart of it. nothing is ever accomplished here and part of the problem is staff, while the other part of the problem is the fact that everyone trolls the out of everyone else. the staff doesn't get the trolling and I've contributed to the trolling (not saying I'm innocent).

Classic could improve so much if you all just treated eachother with some sort of basic level of respect.

Nobody wants to take any responsibility for the effect they have on the community as a whole and most people just blame "the community" or someone else. Each and every person will do things that bring the server up or drag it down.

Honestly I have no real interest in the server after the last GM shenanigans, I'm happy to log on for a couple of hours a week and PvM with friends. But I no longer have any drive or interest in making things more fun or exciting. It sucks because Classic should be fun and good, there's no one thing or person to blame for Classic becoming what it has. There's plenty of reasons and people have all contributed to getting things where they are now. It will take significant efforts to un-_- the situation and it needs to start at the very top and trickle down through the playerbase.

Just like Themes, I lost interest in the playing like I used to. When I started to avoid doing animation canceling or stop my reflex of potting the missing HP under lutie just to avoid unnecessary complications, I figured I wasn't having fun anymore and stopped playing for a while. I come back later for one WoE and the same -_- happens again.

I still like to see propositions for ideas to improve the server. In this case, the GMs need clear indications about what needs to be done for a "classic 3rd WoE". In the case where something comes out of this I'll leave the following here to help:

trying to blacklist renewal headgears? or just ones that just dont fit in with prenewal?

Just headgears that could scare a player who expects a classic WoE so closer to your later.

I cannot help but notice requests for things that are known to be impossible. Blocking consumables would be like blocking AR scrolls or assumptio.

(you can't get rid of them once they're on)

Go into requests with realistic expectations then you will be let down a lot lighter. Learn what the staff can/can't do or piece it together logically and maybe progress is possible.

As for "I'm scared of being called an autopotter because there are videos of guild with 5+ people potting in unison immediately after lutie therefore all autopot accusations must be about me because one person said it once to me for no reason and that's why I don't play" get a grip. "Passive aggressive garbage" doesn't help at all.

I had my entire play experience ruined by a certain guildleader claiming I was responsible for bans/had GM help and I've had to live with that reputation ever since, despite not even being the one responsible for the report (tho I could further add that if someone cheats, they're only to blame themselves). Nevermind autopot accusations and other crapola, it happens to everyone - and whilst it's stupid that groups have gotten away with it for so long repeatedly to the point of driving others of the server, it's even more silly to cry about someone saying it once to your face. 

We all have had to deal with people saying stuff. Guess what, that's part of playing an online game and 90% of it is complete bollocks. Especially when it comes to GM help/favouritism but count yourselves lucky you don't get the extra special harsh treatment just so they can prove the trolls wrong.

I started playing here like 3 months ago after 10+ years without playing. So far I've found people that helped me a lot (regarding info) some even gave me a few items/cards (nothing big) for starting. And have only found so far 1 guy that tried to rip me off with no success (I come from a criminal country, you can't rip me off easy). 

If you want more people coming this is the way to go. I was lost regarding all the new equips (Valk/Diab/ and stuff, Undying is helping me A LOT!)

Some other post I've made asking for info hasn't been answered. New players like me who lack the info need this(Guides are kinda outdated). After Undying gave me the info i was hyper excited about the game and i still am. 

I see you have problems with WoE which always brings LOTS of drama. I don't do WoE right now, but for what i've seen on the forums you people may need some sportmentship from both the losing and the winning side. Bad losers are always a problem, but Bad winners are too! Because i see many people bragging (subtlety) about how great is their guild (Or the Greatest) and that just adds up to the toxicity.

Also, the GMs must attend to all those nasty bugs that people exploit. And players... Just don't -_- cheat!! My god have some honor or something. It feels even more awesome when you win without cheating.

Also think that GMs need to pay more attention to Classic. I was mad about the whole September Lucky Box, mad about the part that you were not clear that you were taking out the box even though you asked what we wanted to see in the box. But, anyway i moved on, because this game has some other great stuffs to offer.

We all just need to give our best for the sake of the server, because i really like this game. It's a great break from reality. But if you bring the real world drama to here then what's the point? To have drama in both realities? 

Also think that GMs need to pay more attention to Classic.

I remember the good old days when Trans classes was a new thing. Some High Wizard won the first to 99 contest. I remember doing woe as a level 71 Sage, and still having a blast. Once me and a wizard killed a crusader by interleaving frost driver and jupitel thunder.

By reading this thread it seems those days are long gone, and wont be retrievable.
