Previously the Flying Robberbug was dropping Large Robberbug Cards, but this patch should've changed the name to correctly reflect that. The drop rates have not been altered, so you might just be getting unlucky.

But the card has not had a drop since two years ago. I have like 10 DNA, and has never left me the card, has never been for sale either. Can you tell me the drop rate of that card and if it is correct?

The card was called Large Robberbug until recently, so it was expected to drop from Huge Robberbug. All this time, however, the card was dropped by Flying Robberbug, hence the change in the card's name.

I've killed a bunch of them on the Test Server and can confirm the card drops from the monster in Normal and Hard, but even with Thief Potions it required lots of kills, so the drop rate seems to be pretty low, even more so than the DNA fragments.

For those who bought the Booty Thief title already this year, you'll find the Doubloon difference in your Purchase tab in temporary box storage.

We confirmed that the drop tables are identical and the Card is indeed dropped by that monster, though the drop rate is indeed low. The card's name was changed because it was easier than changing the monsters drop tables (and would still require changing the card's name).

However, I went through the maps and checked the game files and couldn't find any spawn location for Flying Robberbug. If you know where the monster is or if it's spawned by a different monster, please tell. If the monster isn't present in the game at all, then I'd have to report that as a bug, since it's useless to have the card drop from a monster that can't be found.

The test server is a copy of the current live client, that's precisely why we use it to test bugfixes before they're patched, and to check for this kind of stuff that would take a lot of time or resources if we were to use our own characters in the live client. As I said, I needed several kills to get a single card (130+) even with a Thief potion, and the drop rate was confirmed to be on the low side.

Flying robberbug doesnt exist. But the monster called Huge Robberbug, (Coa monster) drops Flying DNA Fragment, no card Pls, help me.

Well, as I explained, Huge Robberbug never had the card in its drops list, since a different monster (Flying Robberbug) had it. That monster exists, even if it can't be found in the game, that's where the whole confusion came from.

Just making sure if I have this correct. This is what I got based on my own tests:
The "Move to East Entrance" option gives the error message in the screenshot when you try to use it. This seems to only happen right after I leave the map and try to re-enter. It might be related to the new Immunity buff, as I only get that message while it is active (and a few seconds afterwards). 

If what I described isn't the bug you are referring to, then please provide more details as Rai mentioned.

I might be wrong here, but isn't flying robberbug the one that spawns in the "traps" in the culvert in east mjolnir (don't remeber actually if is east or west xD but the map before prontera), at least that is what I remember from when I play with my noobs chars at lvl ~12
