Thank you for your suggestions! Please know that the ROSE Team does look over all suggestions of this kind, however changes of this kind may not happen right away. The ROSE Team is currently working on several other major projects outside of class balancing at this time. This does not mean they are unaware of and not planning on further skill and class balances, just that they will not be immediate. Further feedback and discussion from the community is always welcome so our ROSE Devs can look into and investigate suggestions like this for future updates. 

That's great, but I stopped playing aside from the casual patch testing, so I really hope I won't miss out on this new content you're working hard on because I can't enjoy the game on the class I main. But if time is what you guys need, then I have lots of that to give.
