"Payment Error" pop up appear when clicking Power-Up

Hi,

 

Can anyone help me on this? I submitted a ticket and the solution provided from the customer representative is not working. Please help.

Hello,

Can't really give proper suggestions without knowing what have you tried so far.

 

Saying that, Payment Error happens due to browser settings or a security check on WP end.

Hi,

 

I have tried all the methods below but none work.

 

• Try a different browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer
• If you have access, try to attempt the purchase on a different computer or device
• If your computer has an anti-virus or firewall software installed, try to temporarily disable this just long enough for the purchase to go through. And if successful, don't forget to re-enable them!

Do you remember when was the last successful purchase made on the account? Which support department did you send the ticket to?

I made my last successful purchase few years ago around 2013. I haven't log in since then. I submit it under Technical/Web support.

In the same ticket, add a new reply, ask the GM to redirect your ticket to the Payment and Billing department. Likely your account is blocked from making WP purchases as a security measure.
