EVENT NPC MISSING HIS QUEST

I have problem to Follow All New Event.. When Talk to Event Npc .But dont Have any Quest appear at that NPC .. HELP PLZZ

Please... give proper details when reporting things like this. What NPC are you trying to get quests from? Are you using a character that's at least level 15? Did that character complete those quests last time the event was active?

If the answer to the last question is yes, then you won't get the story-line quests for the event, only the dailies in South Plains, Izlude and Verta Delta, if i remember correctly.

If you've completed part of the questline on previous years, it's likely that the quest is waiting for you to resume from that point.

Did you check if you have quests in Izlude? It is weird that you have the Draugr Slayer title but not the daily quests in the second NPC...

If you can't see the quests, then I suggest you to close the game, go to its folder and edit a file named "version.dat" in the notepad. Change both numbers inside (it should be 267 now) and change it to 266, then try launching the game again. If you still can't see the quests, try changing it to 265, and then try again, etc.

I'm not sure what your issue is, but a bad patch during one of the previous updates is the most likely scenario I can think of, so it's worth a shot.
