Rodex Bug Report Thread

How long is it going till WP to fix this? it is over a month since Rodex was introduce. How long are my costumes going to showup as apples? I can't even remember which is which anymore.

Yes, there are still unknown items due to the LUA update. As I have been told, Scarlet Weapons should now show slots correctly, and that was applied by last maintenance. I hope the unknown items fix comes next!

Red Envelope (given from Santa) when you click and drag it, becomes a different sprite.

I sent 500 grain with a Silversmith Bracelet to myself, but they all desapeared =-=!

Then i tried sending 500 grain again, also desapeared.

Then i tried sending only 1 grain, same thing happend.

Usually when sending thins to self you gotta hit the refresh buttom for them to show up.
If that was done, the disappearig is very weird, i've sent those items to myself as well and it was fine.

I means, sending things from one alt to another.  I was running out of grain in instance.

I will poke camp about this, it isn't in the db so it is missing and I can't add it without the resource name :U

Little update for the list that Costume Blue Xmas Cheer missing sprite has been fixed

as for the 3 remainder costumes (Costume Servant Devilring, Costume Red Subject Aura and Costume Magic Eyes) still bugged

I just tried doing repatch from earlier time than those 3 bugged costumes date of server implementation

For the Blue Christmas Cheer, there are 2 versions of the headgear, one is working fine but I can't confirm the second. The remaining still bugged, a re-patch will not fix it.

Ah I see there were 2 of them, I think I owned the version with item ID 5390 and confirmed the character sprite and description properly showing in game

with item ID 20222 I didn't owned it and couldn't see anyone vend it right now so it's still questionable then

A patch was just released to address Unknown Items issue, kindly repatch your game client to obtain the fix files.

• Costume listing in this post should be fixed.
• Scaraba Mercenary Scroll sprite should be fixed.
• Some others.

I had this problem that i encountered that I sent a zeny from my other alt and I couldn't claim it and tried several reconnect but the claim icon doesnt work and freezes. I tried so I deleting the message and message got deleted. The zeny ive sent was deducted.. any fix for that?

You need to send a ticket to the GM staff about the deleted message.

Just a wild question, when you couldn't claim the mail or Zeny, what was the max amount of Zeny on that character?

I'm not so sure but I did send the zeny when I was on et. I also forgot to make a print screen before I sent it. Also, I forgot how to send a ticket here do you know how. It's been 5years since I played this server

wow at last, i send something and the char not yet receive any mail i send, RODEX got delay ? normaly it instant send....

damn i not even take any SS coz i never encounter any problem with rodex before.... how do i solve this ? ticket ?

and just recheck my sender count just minus -1 from 300 mail sent, its should be -2 since the i send 2 mail......
wow what kind of sorcery did  i just step into ? item lost, no count, no screen shot.. gg im doomed !

Yes! Everything was fine. So sad I don't have an ss for that, but I have an screenshot where I place the rdw+9 and the "item attachment success"... So I send it and my friend didnt get it and I dont have it either uwu please halp

i got some case while sending some gear using rodex.

I send 4 or 5 rodex mail to my alt, but when i check on my alt char, 1 of the mail is missing and i check the message on my main char the 2nd mail i try to send is failed. But weirdly the gear i try to send is not back to my char inventory. Can i retrieve back my gear that been failed to send?

EsKa90, please submit a ticket to the GM staff, they should be able to assist with the missing item.

May I know what's the item type?
