Rodex Bug Report Thread

So, mini glasses of poison grass (engkanto) can be traded/vended, but can't be mailed. 

shouldn't the mail count reset already?. wasn't able to use all 300 yesterday. I think my character bugged out.

Can you check again? My count got reset when I checked just now. It is supposed to reset at 12 AM server time from what I can see.

Bought a new Crimson Katar but its 2 card slots, as indicated on Ragial, are missing. Even the current one Im using no longer has the [2] after its name, despite still having 2 skeleton cards attached.

They are "hidden" slots now, it will be fixed eventually.

Not a bug, but donno where else to post this -- Morroc town now has small dust storms. 

Seems we received some new effect files with this update (or more likely, effect files actually being used by the exe now).

My unknown item as of now is only C Red Subject Aura. 

I can't see any players, npc and portal in any map....

I tried mailing text only, with item attachment, and with zeny attachment. I've also relogged and changed maps before opening RODEX, and still no notification.

Edit: That one time I had notification was when I was mailing myself, same charcter.

Is there any way that the system could be changed so that we can initiate a write mail while storage is open?  Closing storage constantly makes supplying from mail very tedious.

There was a way to open the previous mail system and storage at the same time and it was amazing.  The new seems to prevent it.

Unlike the old mail system, RODEX doesn't notify you instantly when someone sends you mail. The icon (which actually indicates if you have any unread mail) only refreshes periodically (I think every 10 minutes?) or when you close an already open mail window. Also, clicking the icon while the mail window is open makes both window and icon disappear. I thought this was counterintuitive.

Tested it with these in mind. I sent a mail with time stamp and notification appeared 6 minutes after. The notification system could use a little brush up, but that's for another time. Anyway, would it do any good to report an item turning "unknown item" with this patch even if I don't know what it originally is? I bumped upon it in my storage when I was looking for something.

I am seeing an initial notification as soon as I send my mail (within 10 seconds) but it goes away pretty quickly. It seems it refreshes at some point. If there was a mandatory refresh when you login with a char, I think that would help alleviate any potential "didn't check for 15 days, lost valuable XYZ". 

Or just to have it always there if you have any mail that is either 1) unread or 2) read but has item or zeny in it.

There seems to be some trigger and/or random bug that causes people to lose all their stamps after using 2.

Didn't want to post this in the technical section because not sure if this is a local problem or not, but when my Wanderer was fighting ESL and she equips her bow of storm, her attack animation uses the whip animation instead of the bow one. Only happens with bow of storm. Tried the eden bow and it works normally. My Maestro isn't able to equip the BoS yet, so would the three other performers in this joint please try to see if your BoS attack animations work properly? Not sure if this is just a wanderer thing or a performer thing or just a local thing with a messy patching on my end. Doesn't really affect anything, can still attack, strafe, shower, SR. Just the animation.

Repatched and didn't solve the problem. Bow of Storm didn't have this issue before.

I think alot of item slots aren't showing up correctly since the patch i.e. crimson and mad bunny. (Not sure if this was said)

following up PJ, as maestro, bow of storm also bugged.

when autoattacking, it is using barehand sprite (and even the sound is punching sound).
