Since this one is upgrade-based, why not increase the chance of Cookie Bag Drops?

Mr. Campitor, can you provide us some list of all seasonal items to look at?

We are happy to announce that starting this December 15th seasonal items will start to no longer have to be manually turned on and off every year by the staff. We were able to get a month check added to the special effect of these items so that it will have the appropriate effect all year long.
As it is December our first pass at this is going to affect the following items.
Costume Christmas Wreath
Rudolf Hairband
Twin Pom Santa
Costume Cat Santa Hat
Costume Santa's Hat
The above items will have their event effects enabled during the month of December
Please let all other items you would like for us to revisit in the manner and we will be focusing on getting them processed over the next couple weeks.

Rudolf Hairband's carrot potency seems to have halved. It used to heal me more or less 1K/carrot, now its only 500. Is this expected? Auto agi is no longer working now though, thankfully.

Well I'm assuming they already modified that item's script. That would explain what you said, seeing as it's JANUARY

If the carrot's potency is included in the december effect, shouldn't it be totally disabled too instead of just reduced? I understand if its totally disabled, not just reduced.

Rudolph gives +500% carrot efficiency outside of it's event effect. It was going to be removed several years ago when the hat was being nerfed, but was changed to be a reduced effect.

Oh I see. So I suppose that's the reason why. Thanks for clarifying.

So is this project dead or forgotten then? Nothing really happened after the first Christmas batch. If it's not dead: Reminder that it's October, which had a set of seasonal effect costume gears in the past which should auto enable:
Costume: Gloomy Pumpkin Hat
Costume: Witch's Pumpkin Hat
Costume: Quve Mask
Costume: Lude Mask
