Double Check Imuke Shield please! -35% or 45%?

Ok, so the only skill that is greatly affected by the reductions of this shield is the Arrow Storm and Dragons Breath. 

So I know many people crying about, Arrow Storm is too OP in WOE, but least they know, before you can actually make arrow storm strong you will need high enchant white wing set which is typically would cost you already at least 10-15B. 

Now another thing why some rangers have OP one shot Arrow Storm is because of the bow, I for my self have +15BxB EA4 with MoT TG. 

Do the GM's understand how much it cost to build these set so that you can be able to do one shot most class? 

FYI my ranger set is worth about 150B going to trash,  just for that +9 Imuke Shield worth 300m?!?!?! 

Yes, that 35% reduction is so OP, making Rangers really useless class now in WOE and PvP, which yes not all, but I know that there are people who only play WOE and PvP.

What is the purpose of upgrading weapons, armors, making high enchants, getting MvP's??? If GM's will just throw it away like this when they put that shield in the kafra shop.

Did the GM's even bother to look at what that box content is????

I know so much people are also crying about OP Arrow Storm, OP Dragons breath, but hey, it only becomes OP when you get certain gears and multiple MvP's that aren't even cheap! 

I hope that we rethink about this Imuke Shield one more time. This is ridiculous, no more DB RK's and Rangers in WOE.

So we have done many test, and also some other players seems to notice that this shield is reducing ranged damage morethan 35%. 

Most reducts seems pretty close to 45-50%

Can GM team please review this matter?

I would like to point out that the WW Set doesn't need to be enchanted to make for an amazing arrow storm, the key players are in that bow of yours.

Its like saying, bows can come off and dragons can come off if you one by one strip and masq them?

The whole point is, 35% is just too much for a freaking 100m shield. 

If this is like a god item or a rare quest item, it should be fine. But freaking 100m? and in the KP shop lmao total mess there for DB RKs and Rangers. 

Or why just ranged???? Put it as 35% Demi Human maybe top be freaking acceptable!

If you have read the release notes from Campitor on the week the box was released, this is a joint decision between jRO and kRO to bring them into our server, although you can say our iRO GM's/CM's could have voted against the box, it is after all an executive decision from the Gravity Corp.

I understand that, but not necessarily we follow them 100% so as to what have been going on for the past years. 

We can maybe at least nerf that stuypid shield to not work in woe maps and pvp maps.

That need to happen.

If you don't want people using Imuke Shields, then coordinate with your guild to make a more Warlock+Chaser heavy line-up.  Imuke doesn't work against magic, and with no elemental resistance from Valk/Immune shield, anyone using an Imuke shield would be putting themselves at a disadvantage against JF/Comet Warlocks (unless they card a GTB in there).  Have your Chasers focus on Weakness instead of ignorance on targets with a high likelihood of wearing a GTB.

Unlike the Unfrozen set, you can actually counter a guild switching to Imuke Shields to protect against your Ranger/RKs  #DisableThe-_-ingSetAlready
