Is there anyone here who had experienced buying from Load Central of VIP Package + 1,500 kafra points but only getting the Kafra Points? Did you guys able to recover the VIP?
On my end I have not. I purchased mine last January 2nd this year (of course). I called the Load Central customer service but up to this day all they tell me is they are still communicating with Warp Portal. SO I tried creating a Ticket to the Warp Portal Support. They only replied to me once and said that they will be refunding me the money. But up to this day I haven't heard of them. I wanna know how can they refund it when I purchased it in Load Central Philippines in Cash. I asked them that all I want is to get my promised VIP.
I hope that a GM can read this and help me.
