Miracle Blue Rose isnt procing aspersio at all.

Besides, it should be on any physical hit and not just crits '-'

Agreed. all the upper endow headies proc on physical attack in general. i know MBR is a lower, but if you're gonna have endow on any gear dont be half assed about it :|

yes they are. look up imp hat (its the only one of the elements whose name ic an think of at the moment). they proc lvl 2 endows (scholar skills)

thanks for the fill-ins for the other endow hats. i couldnt think of their names. but yeah it would be nice to have MBR actually aspersio on physical attack too. think it would be possible to change?

I can't use syringe on my 60ish level character although It says it's meant for all classes and all levels.

It's a description error, the required level for [Toy Syringe] is 70.

btw, it shouldnt even consume holy water to begin with right? Isnt it the same case as Pendant of Harmony Sanctaury proc that was consuming BGems and had to get a fix to not consume anymore.

I opened 60 boxes and no tengu mask only a tengu scroll and not even a love spell.  What's wrong with this box. I demand for roll back TT

I have noticed Cylinder Hairband's +60% CC damage is not working, also the 1st description about reducing VCT is .1 second while the Cylinder HB in game reduces 1 second. 

 

It might be the reason 60% CC atk is not working.

Hello, 

 

I have noticed Cylinder Hairband's +60% CC damage is not working, also the 1st description about reducing VCT is .1 second while the Cylinder HB in game reduces 1 second. 

 

It might be the reason 60% CC atk is not working.

 

This has been covered multiple times so I will explain it here one last time so that people are aware.

 

The damage for CC is not working because even though there is a call, there is nothing to registers the call, it's like dialing 0800 CCDMGPLZ with the number 0800 22364759 not being an actual contact number.

 

The VCT is definitely 1 second, the description was fixed on my end, I don't know if Camp has fixed it or not but I guess it will happen when the script for the CC is implemented.

 

P.S, if the CC script works then so will the class specific hat (albeit much too late).

there is no decrease VCT in real jRO cylinder headband 

it is just 60% CC damage

 

unless Mr.Campitor added it so people can wait for real fix  :heh:
