I feel like such a noob at the moment, saw there is a refine event.. but cant locate enriched hammer... did he move? did he turn into something else? do the other npc rates are increased? what if i want to use enriched ore?

suhnmi and mighty hammer (refining from +10) are with better rates both at eden 2nd floor

Dont forget to say suhnmi (Enriched NPC) is have the chance to break your gears, i know everyone must be know, but there are someplayers who dont.
