Cylinder Headband %Bug ?

It Seem like    +DmG % Cart cannon 10% and For refine +7 30% don't work i try to test Wear&Unwear it not different   

Dont work, only the cast time reduc, Campitor say his team is look into in...so, maybe end like harvester Hat, never get a fix since years ago xD

Ofc Cylinder headband is from cash shop. They have to fix it asap. Btw Harvester Hat is not from cash shop, so they are lazy to fix.

I dont think they will never fix cash shop item or else it will be deemed as a scam lol!

Well they still have not fixed Elemental Towel, but i guess since more people are crying about this

one, they might actually fix it .

I remember someone saying that this Harvester's hat 15% bonus was not 15% over the end formula, but somewhere inside it.

Something like this:

- Normal Formula > Damage (ATK) = [Base_Damage + {(Cart_Remodeling_Lv × 50) × (INT ÷ 40)}]%

- Modified Formula > Damage (ATK) = [Base_Damage + {(Cart_Remodeling_Lv × 50) × (INT ÷ 40)} +15]%

Maybe this one works like this as well, but with a higher bonus.

Realized the same thing when i tested the equip as soon as i got it. The item description says 0.1 sec reduction in the variable cast time of Cart Cannon, yet it gives 1 sec reduction. Meanwhile, the 60% increased dmg to CC is nowhere to be found. There was a small increase, which i would speculate to be about 10% in the dmg of CC thou. If they were to stick to the description, and make the reduction to 0.1 sec. I'm fine with it. To be honest, I would personally prefer the 60% dmg increase to be fixed, and don't care much about the 1 sec reduction. Hope we get an update about this fix soon.

They were very keen to fix the overseas package items from the previous two rounds (except the SR bug for the towel, for now anyway).

We need an official word on when this is going to be fixed. I can't be refunded, but please understand that some people spend their money on these boxes just because we are interested in one particular item, a broken one in this case.

Sorry if not the best place to ask but... how is your Homunculus rounding the enemies up in a mob? Are you doing that manually or is there a setting to have him do that?
