Random Disconnections

Hey Folks were getting alot of reports of random disconnections happening. Were trying to figure out the cause and you can help! If you randomly disconnect please fill out this survey. We are trying to figure out if some random event or server activity may be causing the disconnections.

Server login is really slow, randomly disconnect sometimes but once you get into the game it seems to be ok.

same here .. mostly got problems about log in and lags between 19.00 - 21.00 pst time >< server backing up at that time?

It's really worse today. Can't get in game from character selection without failing to connect at least once. I don't think the disconnections are happening at specific times for me.

Same problem, I always though its my crappy net, but everytime i restart the client, it's seems ok until few minutes or so , the lag came back (it's horrible tbh)

Disconnection in the middle of NTF instance           . My alt did not get dc'ed though.

Were aware of the issue continuing. I am bugging the studio about it right now since they are in the office tonight.

Update: We are currently testing new EXEs that should reduce the random disconnections. If the testing goes well we will implement this thursday.

Hi, i have a little bit of problem with the server. I have several dc today, and yesterday... and its really annoying. Please can you make it right? Honestly I really want to play but it's hard this way. Thanks, have a nice day

Still hard to reconnect to the server..always saying this failed to connect to server wish it will fix sir hard to get some leveling..thanks for good TI  and event even i can afford the OCP or any WPE...Good game to all

The D/Cing is weird and not "reproducible".

I can have 3 accounts open (sometimes all on same comp and sometimes on two diff. comp.), let say a merch vending in town (not moving or changing server map) while leveling with a Main and Alt.

Any account can get D/C.  Some days it's all of them while other days (in the past week) only one or two accounts.  Any combinaison is possible XD.

Usually early in the morning or late at night.

DC at 9:50am Server Time.

This disconnection problem really getting annoying.
Every time I DC, need to wait for 1 to 3 hours before I could get login again.

Please work on this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Got dced just now with my 3 clients >.< Is this issue haven't fixed yet? Its annoying already, having to setup vends 

I changed charac. to switch gears and i cannot log in anymore.  I see the amount of players still connected decrease minute after minute.  I guess that Server Reboot yesterday night didn't do anything.

In my case it's rarely a disconnection issue but more of a problem of login back in if i log out / switch account.

I logged out a few mins ago and now can't log back in. chaos population ~1500 people now and decreasing by the minute. :/
