You can start killing some monsters in Orlo such as Snappers, Scorpions, Terrasaurus...etc,
the Dusty Jewel will automatically be added to your Inventory > Comsumable Tab after a while,
on the condition that you have NOT done that quest before.

what to do with the un- use dusty jewel and chewed bone?

For the chewed bone, you can go inside Muris and talk to Kriento (if I'm right) and trade it for either some EXP or some zulie.

When you trade it for the first time, the chewed bone gives a free mount. The beautiful bulldog.
The Dusty Jewel starts a quest... doubleclick it and talk to Queen Alana... that starts the Hiria's Tear quest.

If you don't need them anymore, you can sell them to NPCs.
If that's not possible then send a ticket to have them removed.

Sadly it's sort of a must now, especially if you have necklace rune, there is nothing else BIS compared to Hiara's
Some classes don't even use actual level 200 weapon uniques now either

So has anyone figured out which NPC you go to get rid of the dusty jewels.
Is there a way to do it without sending in a ticket?
When i double click my dusty jewel it tells me that it should be sold to the hands of a capable merchant...

Far as I know, making a ticket is the only way to get rid of them.

Seems like a inconvenience for them tho they should just make an easyer way to get rid of them
