Yeah exactly. I tried to emulate with silversmith bracelet with hydrolancer to see if it was like double-attack, where it would auto-cast highest level learned but... no. 

It was curious since he was using such crap weapons and otherwise doing such crap damage until you see 300k hits go off on the bijou instance (I mean, +7 crimson dagger? Lordy, why even bother at that point.) 

When he equips the armor item called "Mantle", does that have a special card in it? 

You're being cheeky I hope. I also hope you are aware that all measurable metrics point at these classes being unpopular and unutilized, so adjustment to them should be sensical.

No sir. Just Swordfish in Mantle and 2 Banaspaty in Crimson Dagger.

then the banaspaty did the burning damage for tremendous amount

But Burn shouldn't work on MVPs (or boss flagged in general), plus the animation was very spell breaker like... not to mention the card. 

I tried it out and it procs very often... but if a boss, it wouldn't have its effect very often. Tried on Reaper Yanku and the proc rate seemed about right, though in my case level 1 just canceled the cast and didn't heal/do damage.
