Does anyone know if there was ever meant to be a Repairman NPC in Lighthalzen? Divine Pride describes one being at lhz_in02 284/14, but I'm not seeing an NPC in that spot. Same with the Malangdo Tool Dealer at malangdo 232/163. I'm curious to know if they're present on kRO and were removed on iRO for some reason or if it's a bug for them to be missing in action.

Hmm, it would be a very odd bug for NPCs to go missing, so they must've been removed. I wonder why iRO removed them, I don't see anything exploitable about them.

it must have been implemented in a separate patch that we didnt receive. RTE malangdo enchantment for instance, i believe there were NPCs in malangdo added in that patch

But they're just generic NPCs, it doesn't make sense to not include them with their towns.
