With the large number of players at peak hours running Dungeons due to Arena's malfunctioning, some of the community has migrated to relying on the Junon Shout quest to get Valor points for either getting passives or converting to honor for sets.
Problem is these things go on cooldown for literally hours at a time, and there's a huge demand for it. It's halting some players progress completely, some days myself included.
Can you drastically decrease the downtime of these quests provided by the factions? If not just to alleviate this issue temporarily until things return to normal.
