Trades Valued Over 1B

So I know that you can opt to use GMs for in-game trades of over 1B, but how do you go about doing that?  Submitting a ticket and waiting a few days?  Or do they respond pretty quickly?  The other option for trading is collateral but what if the other person doesn't have anything similar in trade?  Looking to get a Deviling Card into an Etran's but I don't want to get scammed/wait a few days for my items to return if I do get scammed.  Is there a way to just instant message the GMs or just wait for a response after submitting a ticket? 

Nope. Wait a few days, then get disappointed that the other person gave up the trade.

Collateral trading is the way to go. Also, people said recently that you can record or SS the whole agreement and trades, so that if you're scammed, you can go to the GMs and ask them to revert the trades made.

Stablish in a chat the trade, take screenshot of the deal. If you get scammed, you can send a ticket and you will get item back and he will get banned.

Always make that person log with his main char (some high level one)

I do support the idea of making deals more than 1b, (and selling in shop items of more than 1b).

A higher zeny limit, and trade limit, would really really really make things easier.

And exactly how will that help? 

look just deal with someone you know then.  you guys are making it seem like you're a scammer trying to do a deal with another scammer lol.  SS the converstation.. if you're having communication issues with a deal just find somebody else you trust or use the GM route.

Both parties have to submit a ticket and you have to submit the corresponding person's ticket, to help out with the trade. 

So time taken is

A sends a ticket requesting a trade between his/her char(s) and your char(s).

A gives B his/her ticket no.
B sends in a ticket requesting a trade between his/her char(s) and your char, and attach player's A ticket.

GM checks both tickets to see if they match. If it matches, they will perform the trade. IF its not, probably reject.

Time taken on GM side takes a few days or how ever long a ticket would last for.

As Kusanagi mention, the other party might get annoyed at waiting and then cancel the trade (probably without informing you). Time wasted...

Can't tell if you're trolling or if you're actually trying to contribute and just not understanding what the question here is.  The topic is for trading between two different parties (typically someone you don't know).  And typically, if you're looking to buy something specific, the people you know might not have it so "using someone you trust" is out of the question.  Not trying to scam here; just trying to avoid getting scammed and having to wait a few days before being able to use my item again due to delay in response.  Just seeing if there were any options I have not thought of. 

Anyways, it seems the GM route is the safest route for now, but then again with the point of people being impatient/not following through... looks like blindly trusting another player and just using screenshots/recording is the way to go. 

Collateral trade, man! The other part gives you something worth ~1b, you give them the money. Repeat the process until all money is transfered, and in the end the other part give back all the items, along with the one being traded. Usually this goes up to 3b, because people who want to spend their money in a somewhat high end item may give up waiting for the GM proccess and spending the zeny with other goods. Higher than this and it's likely that the person who you're tradin with is really determined to buy the item and normally won't mind going through the ticket way.
