I have a problem. Chaos and fallen fortress quest dont gives exp. And the quest "Planning Further" is bug. The NPC "Aka" isn't in Jawaii ocean Island :/ Pls, bug fix
check back on the MP caps in previous posts. Most probably you are already over cap

No, Chaos quest dont gives exp.
Normal Quest:

Awww now I can't finish farming skill points on my ML 1 Bear and ML1 Ranger, dreams of ML1 Ranger with lvl 5 Claymore dashed on the rocks 
So sad.
