You'll need an item called "Storage Slot Expansion" which is sold in the Kafra Shop (Cash Shop) or can sometimes be earned/farmed through events. It was pretty easy to grab a bunch from a recent event so maybe it is still being sold for relatively cheap in the Auction House as well.
