just pub a "NP><Your Level> Anywhere" in eden. Also, most people who wants to grint from 150 onwards just go to lighthalzen and look for parties grinding bio4. Do the Dangerous Rumors - iRO Wiki and Cursed Spirit Quest - iRO Wiki for the instant bio4 entrance.
