I have purchased one of those black boxes through my alternative account, which is linked to steam (where I have steam credit). I topped up $5 into the warportal window and got the boxes, My credit coins were deducted from my balance and in the history, it shows I have purchased the boxes, but I haven't received them in the game? I looked at my mailbox, for any notification but I haven't had anything. Would like to ask for some help on how to get my box?

I'd like to suggest pets to come back for the next update, such as buffalo, dragon, mini chinese dog, ganesh etc.

You get the item instantly when you purchase the box.
