16.1 Testing Bug Report Thread

When providing reports on issues please provide as much information as possible. An example format is below:

Details Leading to Issue: (IE: City Names, NPC names, Monster names, item names, what was done just before the issue, etc)
 
 

KNOWN ISSUES: 

• Achievement 'Incomplete' sorting button does not always properly sort the appropriate achievements.
• There may be some NPC's missing from Old Prontera Castle. If you don't/can't find any you'd expect please let us know.
• Medical Boots missing description
• Misspelled Map Names
• Monster Races in new hunting system give incorrect name
• MVP Tombstone Spawn at Random Location. Unknown if intended
• Malangdo Enchants missing for new items
• Time Decoration Costume not working

Issues Requesting Clarification from HQ on:

• Malangdo Enchanting npcs missing
• Izlude Map Update
• Time Decoration Costume missing its sprite
• There's a bug in the old prontera (dungeon?) where you find and rescue some dying soldiers and when you click on them, they disappear and won't spawn anymore. And you can't finish the quest by this.
• Need Update to Navigation system for new areas
• MVP Rewards for, Stefan Jack, Bakonawa, Buwaya, Entweihen, Naght Sieger

"170 Weapon" Sources are as follows:
Katar "Juliette D Rachel [2]" - Stefan Jack Ernest Wolf
Two Hand Spear "Lindy Hop [2]"- Stefan Jack Ernest Wolf, Immortal Bloody Knight
Staff "Sunflower Boy [2]" - Stefan Jack Ernest Wolf, Immortal Wind Ghost
 
They drop at card rates.

Prontera's walkable cells are dictated by the old Prontera map, the walkable cells need to be updated to the New Prontera layout

You need to pester kRO about making achievements account wide not character specific.

One character cannot complete them all, and if you know achievement farmers (which is another use case), this will irk them to no end.

Also, even though I got job 70 as a Sniper, it marks it as having been incomplete, this means that I cannot ever get the achievement, ever, unless I restart from scratch, which is also the only way to get first class to 99... but hey, this all stems from account wide.

Not just the map, but NPC and warp placements as well.

Blacksmith Building is inaccessible entirely, The two inns have their portals slightly displaced (located in crates, rather than the doors), etc.

Mistranslation on Bijou Card and Powerful Amdarais Card

Reduces damage taken from Shadow and Ghost Undead property attacks by 100%.

And some missing in item description.

Sunflower Boy : Additional Matk + 1% per 2 upgrade levels of the item.

Edit : Another mistranslation on Powerful Skeleton Card

Atk + 15
Adds a 2% chance of inflicting Stun on the attacker when receiving dealing a physical attack.
If the users base level is 100 or higher,
Adds an additional 1% chance of inflicting Stun on the attacker when receiving dealing a physical attack.

Fixed, I sometimes forget that Ghost is Formless and Undead is Immortal, at least I got Cancer is Shadow right :U

I thought it was strange about sunflower boy, but there was no % so just went with it.

Where are the god item rental NPC's and the megingjard seal quest NPC's now that prontera church is changed up? They will be important to make sure they still exist before going live

Where is the zeny npc, and the lvl/job lvl boosting npc o__o

Vicious mind weapons seem to be working (refine bonus at least) however, the special enchants don't seem to be working. (The +10 critical rate works though.)

My Renewal is completely patch and my classic..uhm not..

But I was able to run Sakray before (the last time was the Doram Update)

(but i'm sure its not my net. Its fairly stable today)

And the description seems to cut off on the details of these special enchants. Tested on orcs, ground petites, and sky petites. Couldn't see a difference.

This confirms something else then, this is the better option over Crimson Weapons given the right RNG.

To put it simply, the Crimson Weapon system uses 7 of these enchants, the entire system has approximately 180. If these items have full access to this, they will be pretty much best in slot weapons for almost all situations given the right combination.

So yes, RIP crimson weapons :U

by how many % is that increase mate?, the other 2 options

Some state an explicit %, others don't list one at all. 

It seems they are not quite working however. Some interesting enchants on them though. Generic % atk is also possible. 

so it is still something to be fixed, XD
