16.1 Testing Bug Report Thread

I have two accounts. One of them is fine, but there's something wrong with the other one. I can't use Prontera's portal, can´t see some npc's and can't see high level players. This is happening with a few other novices that are stuck outside of Prontera.

I use ME and GTB to fight MVP, during some period of the last 20% HP, i was doing great, MVP hit me -1000 only, i eat fish to back HP back.   All in a sudden, i got instantly killed   (but i have GTB on?)

then I followed someone's advise early, use token to res back, quickly change shield to another and change back to GTB, i was ok again

How did I get instantly knock out? 

BTW, i skip all the key portal, straight to boss room, 50 mins to finish.

isnt GTB immue to EQ?

yes but as said previously

the EQ is just a visual effect. The mechanic is an instant death if you dont leave that area.

Spoon[1] weapon is a mace but it breaks when maximum power thrust is buffed 

I can't hear any music on Bijou instance, and even the sound effects' volume is drastically lowered. Music still don't play if sound volume is maxed. Also, no music on Destroyed Prontera and Sky Fortress, but the sfx work ok there.

Have repatched as suggested by some guy on forums, but the problem still persists.

So regarding Stefan Jack -- isn't he supposed to be flagged as an MVP proper (including MVP reward)? 

For example, in this video from kRO we can see the player getting an MVP reward (the strange blue box thing) from him: https://youtu.be/x1LgKbeeMN0?t=1m56s

That would certainly make farming him more enjoyable as you'd also frequently get Honor Tokens...

... though it does mean that some particularly dedicated players would basically have a (ton of) the new robe(s) already.

And that is the reward for dedication :v

Less dedicated/lesser prepared ppl can just do dailies or wait till they hit the market.

I agree, just pointing it out. 

The two new "MVPs" definitely do need their status and rewards though. I'd say something like make Amdarias boss flagged too, but I find it comical to kill him with Ygg leaves (or scar of tarou or whatever else.)

If they implement this, the robes will reach Cleoffe's price in 1 week. :v Specially with GFSS EMB farming and the bugged instance's cooldown. If they revert GFSS' EMB exchange and fix Air Fortress' cooldown, I'd support it.

We're already missing mvp rewards from other mvps like bakonawa, buwaya, entweihen, naght sieger... and only thanks to people complaining about hall of abyss mvps, at least these were fixed back then. Are they going to fix these mvps to be boss flagged and give their correct rewards? likely not.

i don't know if this is reported here but i have a quest that has gibberish text showing on my quest list and it is hidden. Only showing off when View Quest Window is active.

So uhh.. what does the top effect mean? 

Anyone have trouble looking for drake dark shape friend? I cant seem to find them. I went to 5 locations that have them and i cant see them, like just gone.... weird.

weird thou but i found out that the new BGM are of my RO extracted to:

 

Ragnarok Online\System\BGM

and the list are:

 

165.mp3

166.mp3

167.mp3

maybe try to relocate them to proper place outside System folder.
 

So can the missing MVP rewards be added to the list of things to be fixed?

Did you by any chance have centipedes in your mob when CN Meteor did not work?

They can cast Ganbantein and Ganbantein removes/cancels CN Meteor.

Your client is not updated to the latest, please close every active RO client then run the patcher to get the new files. If the issue persists please open a technical report here.
