Game crashing when previewing items

Character Information: Loltia (ML40 Beastmaster); MistressDovah (ML40 Warrior)

Problem: The game is crashing from previewing items, mostly while in windowed mode.

 

The game has been crashing a lot lately in general but previewing gears/costumes, is the worst.

To add a bit more info into this, my game mostly crashes doing this when there is "a lot of action happening" on my screen (for example: killing a boss in a raid, when being in morroc ch1 where shops gather, etc.), and this problem for me has been around for some time.

This bug was reported quite a while ago. It's certainly on the to-do list.
