like i can still play but i cant access cash shop or market and i cant hear sound
dude we gotta we ait till they fix it stop deleting random files or you gonna have to reinstall again and again and again..once again the waiting game is in effect

check your sound settings in the options menu, mine were both muted for some reason, and all my other settings were whopperjaw as well.

First thing I would suggest is making sure you did patch fully. I know some of you are saying that it crashed at 47%, which maybe one of the bigger files in the patch process which crashing may have caused the game files to corrupt which is why you now get run time errors.

I have gone around to our machines here in the office, most of them are Win7. I haven't had any of them give me a run time error just yet.
First thing I would suggest is making sure you did patch fully. I know some of you are saying that it crashed at 47%, which maybe one of the bigger files in the patch process which crashing may have caused the game files to corrupt which is why you now get run time errors.
The runtime error is the crash and once it happens you can't repatch because you always get the bug even when you reinstall.

yes and i reinstal it same thing happen it crash on 47% and it say patch is 100% completed then i started it i got only white screen that last idk how long T_T .....

It gives a white screen because the client files are corrupted by the patcher so it stops responding.

(patcher looks different because that's how it looks after you reinstall the client)

if you have this problem go to your C:\Program Files\Gravity\Dragon Saga\Release and run Dragonica.exe and you can get into the game
seems like they patched the wrong file to me
(looks like quite a few bugs though)
my heirloom items have reverted to saying OLD
my F6 rings say 3? instead of 3 star (this effects all F6 rings)
craft randomizers are craft option changers
market button doesn't work
item mall button doesn't work and is labeled CASH now instead of ITEM
Im finding it odd that it even let me into the server with this buggy client

Its possible that the download is timing out for some of you which might be the reason you are failing. Possibly stop any sort of other applications that might be running while you are downloading and see if it helps.

I have uninstalled and repatched and have had zero problems. All of our machines here and some of our folks from home were able to patch as well.
Its possible that the download is timing out for some of you which might be the reason you are failing. Possibly stop any sort of other applications that might be running while you are downloading and see if it helps.
If that is the case then you guys should really think about packaging up the patches so they can be downloaded before they are applied not applied while downloading (pretty much every game company does this because it avoids problems like that from happening) also: I've not had any connection problems so I don't see how it could be my connection.

lol pre portal is out for drako then that means it's almost out =] hopefully it's in early 2011
Talking to my guild mates that didn't get a bugged patch and the portal isn't there for them but yes it does provide hope that drakos is almost ready
