Blacksmith Skill Weaponry Research Question

 Does it increase Atk and Hit rating ? Skill text says it only increases Forging success rate. Ive put 2 points into it and atk and hit didnt change but alot of ppl say it increases hit and atk aswell Im confused.

They're very minimal small increases. Might see a significant increase at level 10 but I would assume you're not doing immediate lvl 1 and lvl 10 comparisons to even be able to tell.

It won't show on your stats window, but according to renewal you still get the bonus from this skill. Unless you have evidence please don't make claims such as these. I almost believed you and I'm sure many people would.
