Quest:Guarnien's Lecture - Bug

Hello, guys.

So I'm really new to this game, so I'm a total noob so my issue might not be a bug at all.

Ok, here it goes:

I read that I can get a free battle axe from this guy's quest, but I can't complete the first quest. I've noticed that the Skill he's requesting me to learn has a different name in the skill tab than in the quest description.

In my skill book its called: Enlarge Weight Limit.

While in the quest description, it says: Increase Weight Limit.

Well, this is not all. I must admit I clicked "ok ok ok" to all dialogs he was saying, since I didnt spect any issues. So the quest progression did continue, but I did not get my axe, and also, I still got the quest as pending in my quest log.

Can someone help me? Or tell me if its actually a bug?

That's a classic bug, not classic because It's persisting on classic server, but classic because If I remember well, It still happens even on Renewal.

Even I am having that bug on my quest log.

Oh thanks for replying i felt like no one was paying attention.

It was really troublesome for me to level up since I didnt have anything (not zeny or nothing) so I couldnt get a weapon!

But some kind soul took pitty on me and gave me a sword xD.

I wish this was fixed!

actually this part of the quest worked for me. I got stuck on bringing 10 red potions from an npc in prontera, which I did, yet he still did not recognize them

In that quest, you have to buy the cheapest potions from one of the npcs in Prontera,

I guess the npc who sells for 390 is on the southwest of Prontera, that's how I passed through that step.

not the cheapest, but the next cheapest, cause the cheapest are actually "novice red potion"
