i don't care about rare costume if that costume don't give any permanent effect. I want something to recover the instances lost, exp lost in 4 days i've cant play. Just giving 25% extra of each is not enough. I was waiting something like Sunglasses [1] quest, or something nice for us, just giving extra exp is easy way.


Its not their fault having ddos attack. Dont blame them for your expi loss for the past few days. Just be thankful server is quite stable now. Geeeeeizzzzeee.

Its not their fault having ddos attack. Dont blame them for your expi loss for the past few days. Just be thankful server is quite stable now. Geeeeeizzzzeee.

if i put my money in a bank, and bank suffer a robbery ofc is bank's fault, for not have proper security, and my money should not be affected at all. Here is the same thing, as a gaming company, if they are affected by DDoS attack is they fault for not having proper defenses against that, the money for the game i was paying for, shouldnt be affected, so the compensation for extra days of vip is good and fair but i was expecting something better than just extra exp drop, for the complete days i couldnt play and consume the product, talking as the client i'm.

Its not compulsary to pay or spend money on this game and if your expecting something because you have loss 4 days of expi and vip, review the previous compensation that was given to vip and non vip users when this ddos attack like past few years ago. If your thinking about the loss expi, we all encountered that issue these past few days but some players keep on grinding even though they experience hourly dc.

Sounds like someone doesn't know what they're talking about. Even larger companies, you know, ones with a lot more money than WP, have issues with a DDoS, especially larger ones.

 

The customer isn't always right, sorry.

 

And your anology is wrong. A DDoS would be more like someone sending THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of people to your bank to block legit customers from getting in, constantly. And all from different locations.

Also in case of a robbery your bank will have to give you your money you had in. Not more money, not extra cookies, just what you originally had there. Please stop whining, and asking for something you never had.

This compensation is already more what you or anyone lost. 10+4 days of VIP for less than a week lost? That's double the time even IF you'd consider the game would have been completely unplayable 24 hours for 7 days, which it wasn't actually.

Grow up, move on. Don't use the DDoS as an excuse to ask for things you personally want, but have no reason to get.

 

For WP: Thank you for the compensation, really appreciated!

On 8/10 We will be adding 10 days of VIP to all accounts that had VIP as of 7/25.

On 8/11 We will be having another 4 day VIP Weekend Event

  • WP Users will need to claim the 4 days once it starts
  • Steam users will have it automatically inserted once it starts

 

 

Why only as of 7/25? I waited to get vip till 7/29 because I thought ddos was finally over, and then It continued over the next several days even still and I wasn't able to even as much as login in the region I was located in here in the east coast, it would just "reject me from the server". It's not like the DDOS was only for 2-3 days, please change this. Or make it so people who got vip later on and got affected get partial days added instead of the full 10 days if they submit a ticket...PLEASE.

So no compensation for slotted Sunglasses Quests, I wonder what they have in mind, maybe these sunglasses will show up in OCP 9 as some ppls predict.

Its a quest where you upgrade a special buckler given to you by the NPC. Prizes depends on how far you upgraded the buckler.

Why can't we have it auto-ed. I have a couple of accounts which are given to me by guildies who have quit the game which I have no access to their emails.

 

 

Errr isn't that illegal or at least discouraged?

Will the 4-day free VIP expire if I don't claim it? If so, until when can we claim it?

 

Is not illegal so far i know, only he wont get support on those accounts, due to violating WP policy about sharing account, wich means he cant get support on those accounts, also applies to everyone that shares accoutns.

Just other reply to main thread:

 

When the 10 days VIP will be add to all VIP accounts? Camp says today, just checked and didnt got it yet, only the 4 day vip bonus. I know, the day didnt end yet, but in Japan its 11/08!! come on! :D

It doesnt work like that, if you dont know how it works, dont do misinformation.

 

It counts from the day you register.  If you apply today 8/10, you will have VIP ultil 8/14. Same example as you state before, if you apply on 8/4, will runs till 8/8.

 

Camps state this the last VIP event we had and it works like this.

Did you ticket in?

IP block due to DDoS tickets are taking priority for now.

To get your IP please use this website.

If your IP or region are incorrect then make sure you are not using proxy at that time.
