i cant get the free vip..my main id get it..but not for mya alt..always payment error when go to power up..i change the browser and try it on my phone..still cannot power up for take the free vip..has send tiket..

I can not even walk .. that lag is the one in the payon cave ....   I only won 4 days, this is wrong ...

Nothing on my steam account yet.

I had the VIP as of 7/25 but didnt get any compensation yet. I've read somewhere and it seems that I have to wait for 2 days. I think its been 2 days.So when will I get it? Should I send in the ticket?

Hi .. just want to say thanks for the compensation really good extra VIP and another VIP weekend bonus .. and the current event the cracked buckler is really fun .. even though its really difficult to get the costume just like lottery huh

I highly doubt you guys actually added the 10 days VIP to my account xd... only time i see there are the 4 days of VIP plus the VIP i had already bought half a month ago

Please rest assured the times will be added, the list of qualified accounts must be lengthy.

VIP, if auto added, shouldn't face these problems.

Also steam's VIP is still pending

Just popping in to let you know of what we have planned for you next week.

 

Starting Tonight were going to be doing a 25% EXP + Drops Extra event until 8/10.

Classic will receive the same from 8/10 - 8/17

 

 

On 8/10 We will be adding 10 days of VIP to all accounts that had VIP as of 7/25.

On 8/11 We will be having another 4 day VIP Weekend Event

• WP Users will need to claim the 4 days once it starts
  - It can be claimed at any time until the 14th of August.
  - How to claim the 4 Day VIP:

  - Log into your master account on Warpportal website [Login page here].

  - Click on Power-UP.

  - Click on the + sign next to your desired Account ID, you will be redirected to the redemption page.

  - Click on VIP package tab.

  - Choose the 4 days VIP option found under Select a product panel.

  - Proceed as appropriate.
  
   
• Steam users will have it automatically inserted once it starts.

Note: The VIP time insertion may likely extend into the weekend, so please be patient.
 

 

Cracked Buckler Machine will be returning 8/10 with that rare costume! So this is your chance to get it again.

I had my VIP on 07/27, and didn't get to use it at all because of the DDos attacks, how exactly do i claim the 10 days VIP?
