I put vip on my account on august 8th or 9th and didn't get the extra 14 days.

I am at a point that I don't care anymore cause I can't play anyways. If I can do 3 steps every minute VIP won't help.

I cant believe i wasted my time with going to WoE to get two helms that are going to sit in the storage. But RIP to all of the people who were fishing for the Maximilian Von Babe, you could of just waited and got it for free.

do you guys really complain about getting free vip a little bit later? uff whats wrong with you? its free. you get it when you get it. if you want vip ealier buy it for 1,5€ or whatever. if you dont have the money collect bottles or help an old lady. omfg. and i ask myself why the support is lazy. its not. users just ask unlimited silly questions... come on guys. they have to care about real problems.

Stop right there. It's free - as an excuse for bad servers, lagging, dcing,accidentally mixing up login accounts, botwaves, ddos attacks and all the other stuff that might or might not be true. Yes the game is free. Yes the 14 days extra are free. But we get them cause we paid, and we paid for something we couldn't use. So we have the right to complain about bad service, delayed vip and - still - lagging bad servers. If I go to a restaurant and order noodles, get them and they are rotten, I have the right to complain. If the waiter says I get my money back or a free drink and then forgets about it - I still have the right to complain.

 

I don't want to be the bad guy, but what happening right now is simply unacceptable bad service and I am really close to quit. I was happy to see a new server opening, and now I can't do -_- while others(esp bots), whyever, can. I am farming in anthell right now with a myst case card cause it's the only map I don't die by lag. I even considered yggdrasil cause there is nothing that could kill me while waiting to be ableto move again.

When you say care about real problems what problems are they concerned with? that silvervine does not get stacked on its own, or WoE pots that you have to spend extra time stacking them? The GM's made an NPC to be able to stack items instead of just changing the items to being stacked without having to talk to a NPC. You can not open woe boxes while you're in the storage, so you have to open a few boxes go to your storage put them in go back out and opening a few boxes at a time. I tend to use more white potions than blue so i have a stack of blue pots sitting in my inventory so i cant just open a few boxes while leveling or else i tend to have 0 with pots and 100 blue pots and i have to go back to town and open more boxes put them in storage and take what i need. I will spend 30 minutes opening woe boxes and stacking them and putting them into my storage so i can take out the correct ratio of whites to blue to go level. what about coming out with 2-2 classes one at a time instead of coming out with all 2-2 classes at once. By coming out with 1 2-2 class at a time they are going to keep changing the dynamics of woe, until all 2-2 classes are out. The game has been out for over 15 years these are not new classes that are just being released for the first time, there are private servers doing a better job implementing 2-2 classes. Or how about server stability, and lag issues there is over 9,00 people playing this game and their server can hold a steady 3,000-5,000 people with out to much lag. They have not been doing a good job at customer service it took almost a month for my ticket to be reviewed and get an answer and the answer i got has  no effort put in to it. as i was reading the message it seemed like they spent about 30 seconds writing it and send it off with out addressing my ticket. I watched the warp portal ragnarok stream, i figured they were going to be talking about future updates and how they game is going, but no they spend 55 minutes of the 1 hour stream talking about fan art and not even 5 minutes of the game. The GM's should be ashamed of themselves for the job they are doing on this server, i have been apart of private servers that have cared more for their community.

You can already redeem the 4 day VIP go to your warp portal power up page, and click on your account go to vip and you should see 4 day vip for 0 WP

Considering the game is unplayable atm for most people where the lag is so horrendous you can't really walk or grind. May we have an extension to the VIP and the event?

Update:

According to the staff, the VIP time compensation has been inserted to all eligible accounts of Restart server (Steam and WP registered).

It is extremely polluting for players who are tricked into trading.

I want you to handle this pollution.
 
The choice I figure out.
1. Ban player (But it's not the best solution because the new subscription is over.)
2. Do not sell in Skills Vending (The best choice)
 
If you ignore Please watch out for the players being fooled. And finally to retire. Ragnarok!

 

 

 

Sad to say but that's not a bug. It's a way people scam others who aren't really paying attention to detail, my advice is that before you actually buy anything check if its slotted / the card is correct and so on.
