Patch Notes August 7, 2017
Please note: Details are subject to change at any time.

Connect With Ragnarok 2 and Win a Month of Experience and Bonus Rewards!
 
 
From August 8 to September 11, join the fun, connect with Ragnarok 2, and earn fantastic prizes and events for the entire server! Each entry received will help unlock server-wide prizes including experience bonuses, items, and events!
 
Details
 
Every entry counts toward a Grand Prize and Rewards for the Entire Server! Entries will be counted throughout the event period, and prizes will be distributed to the entire server after a tier is unlocked. At the end of the event, five winners will be chosen for the Grand Prize!

Bugfixes.png
 
- Guardian Rune: Resolved issue where some versions of Guardian Rune were not working correctly.
- Emergency Recall: Must now be used 30 meters away from any gate in WoE.

- Jehoon Wall Jump: Can no longer use skills until gate goes down.

- Ymir Form: You will no longer remain targeted if you use Hide or die while in Ymir Form.

- Happy Hour Duration: Happy Hour now appropriately lasts 1 hour. 

- WoE Orb: Can no longer be activated while dead.

- Protection Stone: Now protects only members of the guild activating it. 

- Crossbow no longer ignores Divine Hemisphere.

- Channel 10: Resolved issue with inviting characters in this channel.

- Death Penalty: Master Level death penalty has been changed so that level-appropriate MP is lost. 

- Death Penalty: MP can no longer be lost in Alberta, Morroc, Prontera, Prontera Battlefield, and Morroc Fortress.

- Resolved issue with channel crashing.

​You want to make the game "harder"?(takes more time than before now). People is not playing the game already, dont make that type of changes pls, you are making the game worst with that "bug fix"....

Now we cannot prebuff before round starts.

Such a bandaid fix... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

From when til when is HHB V running for this week? What time is HHB V? First run of hhb v which supposedly dropped at 20:00 server time did not drop. Patch note did not mention in detail regarding time period and daily times for each hhb run (in the past we had it at 2 and 8 AM and PM server time). How come we have x5 activated but not HHB V at the same time?

HHB only 1 Hour now? haha, auction price will be doubled... 400-500k/stack

 

Havent played since 2 months anyway....

i thought it was been fixed. i cannot update the patch no matter what i do....

cannot connect to patch server....

uninstall and reinstall doesn't do anything... this happened last year too.

- Crossbow no longer ignores Divine Hemisphere.

Crossbow was the only siege able to pierce divine protection shield, it was its perk. How come is this considered a bug? I find it unexpected, I don't know who pushed this forward but I don't agree with it. The siege was fine as it was, there was no bug as far as I can see.

If anything it should've been added the skill ignores the protection stone shield in the tooltip.

Are you guys no longer monitoring what's going on in game?  HHBV is not dropping as stated in patch!  We asked about August HHB and no reply on that either.

They're aware of the HHB issue. One of the devs is looking into it.

I want to ask what is appropriate, specifically at ML40 (see screenshot of me losing all stored MP)

If I recall correctly it should be around 7k MP and not 70k. I remember dying in FP when I had almost 15k and revived with 8k something. My death was from Imoogi's breath and not from falling like you screenshot seem to suggest.

But still it shouldn't be different MP consumed regardless of how you die, so my point is still up (and maybe pointed a bug since apparently MP loss differs on how you die).

Of course, I was only tipping off eventual bug reporters it might have to do with the way or the map you die. It might even be something completely different, not related to any of those.
