both i think, its depend on the gear.........
but champ is easier to level up..............

Like above user said both are good enough.
I would prefer knight, because they are just awesome with their one hand weapon and the shield.

If you have any ounce of ability, it doesn't matter.

If you are bad and need a crutch to be worth anything, make a champ.
