Is this service working? I tried to purchase codes twice and both times I get an error and my WPE is deducted from my account. I've submitted a ticket and am waiting for a reply.

Is this still working? I tried to purchase 1000wp gift card.. and I have 2000WP energy.. and it gives me this error
