That's gorgeous, but pricing is hard. I usually go by zenny/hour (of the server, that I can roughly make, which is 1mil) + my years of skill. But it also comes down to what you will include, your portrait includes very little detail, headgears/outfits, etc. So you might want to add or subtract if you are going to put more time in to your piece.

do you think 30mil for just head like the above + 5mil for every item added is fair?

I personally think at this moment 30m is a ot of zeny. maybe you wanna start at 15m? :0 It's up to you thought >-<;

Well, I know I'm slightly charging too little right right due to inflation, but I'm charging 5mil for a portrait, and it takes me 5 hours+ to make, and 10mil for a chibi that takes around 8hours+ if not more. I know I can't charge too much more as the average player does not sit with 20mil lying around. 

So you gotta consider that as well.
