damage increased by defense effects like OI and ice pick are nerfed in renewal.

Yep, "wasted" a stunner trying to one-shot or at least 2 shot turtles as well. Might as well go for combo monk.
On the note, Is this server working on irowiki's stated mechanics? On the wiki it says Occult Impact deals 950% ATK at lvl 5, while here we have a 450% modifier.

I always though a +10 chain with 2x 1x or even a +10 mace with 3x 1x was much better then a stunner, renewal or not. I did stal golem forever back in the days and you need 110 str to 2 shot them.

Lol your leveling a Spirit monk by OI?, just go Gfist anubis fastest exp atm outside a full party leech. And if the pot usage is to $$$ for you then hate to say it Spirit/Asura monk isnt a class for you.

Not only this skill, all the damage is nerf for classes 2-1 and 2-2 with this "mixed" system of pre renew and renew.
Missing the pre renew system at all for the 2-1 and 2-2.

I did a bunch of test and here is the full damage calculation for occult impact
Damage = [ATK + (Target_Hard_DEF ÷ 2)] × Base_Damage × % Elemental / % Def reduction
So as a practical example @ 110 Str with a + 7 3x clamorous chain on Seal with level 5 OI
((131 + (105 * 1.6) + (43 / 2)) * 9.5 * 1) / 1.0844
You should do around 2800 +/-
2 things really kill OI in renewal, 1. is % card in weapon (but everyone is affected by this) 2. The fact that Occult doesn't bypass defense anymore.
Same calculation for Goat which has more def
((131 + (105 * 1.6) + (90 / 2)) * 9.5 * 1) / 1.1727
2800 +/-
So you end up doing the same on higher def which literally defeats the purpose of the skill.
Strangely, elemental helps now, however occult is still neutral. I haven't tried on a whisper or GR, but i think elemental dmg is treated outside the regular dmg. So if you were to hit a whisper, you would only deal the elemental part of the calculation, not the rest.

i used the skill to test the Thanatos effect when making the renewal damage calc. It bypasses both hard and soft def
If you wanna bother helping me with the accurate testing i could confirm it for restart, i dont have a character there.

132*2=264+21 = 285*4.75 = 1353.75 -0 = 1353.75 , wich is floored to 1353.
It is bypassing def completely.

Ah, i was calculating my atk wrong, that's why i though the skill were poorly listed with 950 instead of 475. Makes more sense now.
