I saw one of them in a vend shop. I was like "wat". Since when did Legendary Amazing brush get introduced in the game? Yeah it has 18 int, and how did people get it O.o
You can get it by fighting the big Dino on the Gate of Muris map, the drop is rare though so the boss is getting camped. Its like an old school king hunt all over again, with many hitting. They introduced lvl 200 legendary weapons along with the patch. Scavenger Leaders drop other like the widow maker, gigantic wave and more.

ah ok. So I saw some Scavanger Pack Leader in the map right outside of the Ancient Oasis Shrines. Is that the leader that u say drop some legendaries?

Yeah, goood luck to have the wand.
As far as I know, only the big Dino drop it and its full of people there. Plus anyone can look the drop, you dont need first hit
