Did anyone finish the sign quest?
I spoke to the 'annoyed man' in tip of geffen tower, but when I went to umabala to speak to the next npc (native), it's not there, howcome?

All Npc are there I almost finish it . Be sure to follow the iro wiki guide and the ragnarok-guide one.

If your using the irowiki guide the location for native is correct. Make sure you have done the Umbala language quest.http://irowiki.org/wiki/Language_Quest
You have to do the quest before talking to Native to continue.
Fastidious-Looking Guy location. When you bungee jump in Umbala the water area you land at, He is just south from there.

Back in the day, I remember people would use Ygg Leaves to try to res-bomb it, I believe.
