They're reskins because it's literally a Thanatos Tower rework. If I'm reading it correctly (not necessarily so, since just using Google Translate) they've reworked the tower so floors 7~13 are instanced instead of open world.
Really excited to see what that instance looks like, both on Zero and outside of it.

The staff has already clarified to us that RT is not going to be 1:1 Zero. As for certain features, users can leave their feedback in the designed section.
That's exactly my point. They said it is not Zero per se, but will have some Zero mechanics. However, elements that make Zero unique are missing (Refinement tuning, death blackout screen, exclusive instance dungeon, QoL...rare drop spotlight, Kafra shop)
Sure there are fever fields, armor with enchants. But these already exist in Classic and Renewal and just updates (Vicious, Crimson, Malangdo enchants, Wing enchants).
Where are exclusive Zero Gears/Cards?
At this point, it is not Zero. It is pseudo-renewal on classic episode. Thank you for the skill rebalance.

kRO's original would have been pretty neat. It is RO but it's not. It makes me/us want to play it.
Unfortunately, kRO wouldn't give it to WP.
