Asura Monk Levelling - SP Items

I see a few leveling at Anubis using Asura but was wondering what option they would be using for SP?

 

Also what level and build would a monk usually be able to begin leveling there?

WoE blue pots and it depends on your gear and weapon around 75 is possible to one shot

What can increase SP value recovery from items (e.g. Blue Potion) other than INT for Monks?

Does higher MaxSP help?

I'm at around 70-ish INT and takes me 4 Blue Potions to have enough damage to kill Anubis in 1 G.Fist.
My STR is at around 70-ish too.

Or do I increase my STR more so that I'll need lesser SP for 1 G.Fist kill?
