I would like to first apologize for the delay in response from me regarding your comments on this topic; it has become insanely busy this time of year. I would like to take time to address some of the concerns that were posted in this topic. We do understand the frustration that can come from this kind of situation and we are already incredibly grateful for the patience seen thus far. The issue is being worked on still and for now all I can do for now is ask for your continued patience. I will be asking to see if there are any updates we can provide regarding the situation but this too may take some time.
For now though, after reviewing the contents of the posts, I will be closing the topic as I feel that the direction that it is taking is far from constructive.
