So I realized my skill and stat build was awful so I did the reset in Zant at lvl36. Now I'm trying to learn the skills again but when I try to learn Precision charm, it always says I dont meet the requirements. I have Wand Mastery to lvl9 and was able to get all my other buffs to Lvl 1. I have a skill point to apply it. I just dont have any idea whats goin on with it?!?! >.<

Right click the skill and check the prereq. for the skill, at the moment wand mastery isnt needed for muse buffs. Make sure you have 1 sp. Since you listed all of that maybe its that nice old bug, try double clicking the SKILL BOOK in your inventory: precision charm, sometimes this helps learn skills that just dont want to be learned. If you still fail, post again
