Hey AndraSyte, the event costumes introduced to game this week have a [1 day] Limited written on them but these costumes are not disapearing after 1 day whether you equip them or not, causing a build up of them in our bags, also they can not be sold to npc or destroyed.

yeah funny, but atm isnt possible to farm or pd, i dont want waste my space in bags with useless stuff what cant destroy / trade / or selling. Ok the pb xeons destroy after 1 hr, the reinforce unbreaks i can waste on junk stuff, but the costumes are realy -_- if they no chance todo this away. And why must all new stuff are bound, like this candy from last event.

Realy im 100% sure that isnt so hard to test new stuff BEFORE it comes ingame, this will help to downing the frustration level.

Hi y'all! Sadly I'm not near a computer at the moment to try this myself, but if you've submitted a ticket to the WarpPortal Support Team about it, could you PM me the ticket number? So I can go nudge them about it. Or if you haven't sent a ticket yet, please do, with all the complete and detailed juicy information you can include on there. And don't forget the screenshots too!

Ah yeah, if VMs see it it's happening, if players see it it's not happening right? And the problems on Requiem always get "confirmed" late.

Please don't be salty. It's a common procedure that reports sent in by players have to be confirmed by GMs, Developers or Producer. So the quicker you submit a ticket the quicker it can be confirmed and forwarded. This procedure does not only apply to Requiem but for all games. Please know that this is not a sign of mistrust.

I am not playing Requiem so I am not able to confirm it.

Thank you for your understanding.

Yeah, confirmed by GMs naturally, yet many times "GMs" don't check them at all if only few players post about it (most times is something that takes 2 mins like bugged dungeons). I saw CMs/GMs asking players to "make more posts" on forums so they would check, that looks funny to me, keep in mind 90% of the players are russians and a very little part is active on forum.
And there you go, hours and hours players can't play normally for the sake of 5 minutes from GMs.
Maybe it's time to change the procedure or to hire an actual player as VM.

And VModStrawberry and I told you write a ticket. A ticket is something seen by the GMs working on those tickets definitely.

I am not part of the Requiem team and I can only talk about my own experiences and this is that if there is a serious problem sending an additional ticket besides posting on the forums is never wrong.

I am not here to have arguments with you because I don't know much about the overall situation of Requiem - you know that my primary work is Dragon Saga development - my only intention was to try to help you guys that something could be done even though it's weekend. As always the worst things happen on weekends. I am not someone who is able to get Helium to the office nor I am in a position to get him at all. This is something the GMs are responsible for. My intention was to show you guys that here is someone who actually sees that you posted about a problem and that there is someone who cares. You might appreciate it or not, that is your choice.

I am stating facts, this is a common problem for Requiem, and the fixes are usually hugely delayed because of the "lack of reports" which is a silly thing. Tickets, they don't get replied as fast as you think and bugs like "can't enter any closed dungeon" should be fixed max within a day, at least that's what a decent company does.
Maybe some CM/GM will look at my post and take more care of this constant problem.
