Every entry counts toward a Grand Prize and Rewards for the Entire Server! Entries will be counted throughout the event period, and prizes will be distributed to the entire server after a tier is unlocked. At the end of the event, five winners will be chosen for the Grand Prize!

Server Prizes
 
Every entry counts toward a tier to unlock. Once unlocked, everyone who logged in during the week (the period between regular maintenance) for at least one hour will be eligible to receive the prize. For example, if 2,000 entries are received during the first week, the first maintenance will increase experience to 200% and distribute the prizes to the temporary storage of anyone who had a qualifying log in. The next week, you will have to log in again at least one hour (account-wide, uninterrupted) to receive the item prizes that unlock. Server-wide bonuses such as events and experience are applied automatically to everyone.

would the 200% and 300% bonus exp stack if both tiers unlock?

I was doing the Winter Nights event and I was collecting the Sif's Favor tokens, but now all the NPCs are gone, the event was scheduled until the 18th of this month, what happened there?

so, how we get entries? also, still no Prize Tiers

The NPCs were mistakenly removed during the Dec 11st Maintenance but they are now back!

can someone tell me the item list for holiday cheer box?

Hi Idun, the item prize distributing squids missed players on December 18 right after maintenance. My accounts also did their 1 hour (same map, same ch, no dc, uninterrupted) right after maintenance and they did not receive the rewards for that week. My girlfriend did it right after maintenance too and she didn't receive any. The person I quoted below me from Patch Notes' comment section didn't receive it too. What all 3 of us had in common is we did the 1 hour right after maintenance.

yep. did not change channel and did not change map either.

the only reason i can think of is it doesn't count because i logged in right after the maintenance.

but i guess it's weird 'cause i did the same last sharing event.

 

yes. have extra accounts. all MLs. no rewards.

update on my ticket. no response til now. filed my ticket on december 28 until now no response. i know it is holiday. so i'm giving them more time.

 

btw, can't fully log in. what happened to RO2?
